We accept returns within 30 days for unopened and unused items only.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Alternatively, returns may be made through our local drop-off option when available.

If your dog or cat does not enjoy a specific flavour, we are happy to help arrange an exchange for another flavour whenever possible.
